Vista Troubleshooting |

Dear SO Community,
For players who are having errors installing on Windows Vista, please follow these instructions for installing this patch.
1) Uninstall ShotOnline by going to Start -> All Programs -> ShotOnline International -> ShotOnline Uninstall
2) Download ShotOnline install client at:
ShotOnline Client
3) Install ShotOnline and let it update
4) Download the patch at:
ShotOnline Vista Patch
5) Once it is finished downloading, open the .zip file and extract the 2 files and 1 folder into your ShotOnline International folder.
(Usually C:\Program Files\ShotOnline International)
6) Copy and replace the files: Engine.dll, Shot.exe, and the whole HackShield folder
7) Start ShotOnline by using ShotOnline.exe

NOTE - If you have an old version of ShotOnline client which does not include the latest installation, please CLICK HERE FIRST TO UPDATE YOUR LAUNCHER. Please download the launcher updater and unzip it. Copy all files and paste them in the ShotOnline folder.This is necessay steps that you should take ONLY IF YOU HAVE an old version of Shot-Online installation which will cause the problem with Internet Explorer 7.
